A successful retirement does not just happen. Considerable planning and monitoring are required to ensure that one's financial retirement objectives are met. The sooner this planning commences, the more likely it is that a successful retirement will be enjoyed. This seminar will address such issues as the importance of an investment plan, planning for sufficient capital accumulation to meet cash flow shortages and accomplish other financial and non-financial objectives. It will also consider how you can determine an acceptable level of investment risk at various life stages, different asset allocation strategies, pros and cons of leverage, tailoring an investment plan to reflect changes in risk tolerance and determining how much income is enough. It will also look at the softer issues of retirement planning that are just as important as the financial issues.
This seminar will be useful for anyone looking for guidance in planning a retirement that will be financially secure and personally rewarding and for CAs in public practice whose clients consider them their financial and personal advisors.
