MB Check-Up, LIVE section: Manitoba has lowest disposable income in western Canada
The MB Check-Up, an annual study by the Chartered Accountants of Manitoba, shows that Manitoba was the only province to see a decrease in real disposable income (-1.3 per cent) in 2005, giving it the lowest real per capita disposable income when compared to the other western provinces, Ontario and the Canadian average.
